Social media account setup for Funelo
We have made it very easy to share across multiple social media, directly from your mobile with Funelo. Both organically for your existing followers for free or with campaigns, boosting your message for potential new prospects for your company.
To get started you simply have to have active pages and advertising accounts across the desired social media on which you want to share or create. And don’t worry – if you are new to this here is the complete list of how to get started with Funelo and quickly get tracking on social media like never before.
Remember, Funelo is designed to get tracking with your video marketing strategy, primarily on social media with up to +1200% extra conversion compared to text and images.
We recommend verifying the following steps before connecting your social media accounts with Funelo. Thus if you are getting an error, please disconnect the social medias from Funelo, follow the steps below and connect again.
LINKEDIN:
- Create a Company page on LinkedIn:
You need to have at least one active company page on LinkedIn from which you are sharing your message, including admin permissions for the page.

- Create a Campaign Manager account on LinkedIn:
You need to have an active Campaign Manager account associated with your private LinkedIn login and admin permissions for the account. (could also be as Account -, Campaign- or Creative Manager)

- Make sure you have an AD account on LinkedIn in your LinkedIn Campaign Manager
You need to have at least one AD account created in your LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including admin permissions.

- Make sure you have an active Campaign Group
Make sure you have at least one active campaign group created in your AD account. Att: A default campaign group will be created together with the AD account.
Att: If your Campaign group has been created manually in your AD account it could have been set to run out e.g on a specific date making it potentially inactive now.
- Make sure you have a valid credit card on your LinkedIn account
You need to have a valid debit/credit card registered on your LinkedIn account to make campaigns on LinkedIn with Funelo.
- Currency settings on LinkedIn:
Write a text to make the users know whether they can change their currency settings in Funelo or need to do it directly on LinkedIn?
- Again make sure you have the correct permissions for your LinkendIn setup.
You need to have admin privileges for all your LinkedIn pages and accounts you are using through Funelo.
Att: If you have created the pages and accounts yourself from scratch you will most likely have these permissions per default, but if someone else in your company has invited you – you need to make sure you have the correct permissions.
- Still having issues with LinkedIn?
If you are still experiencing issue with your LinkedIn campaigns and sharings on LinkedIn through your Funelo app, please try the following:
- Disconnect LinkedIn from your Funelo account in your Funelo settings.
- Double check all of the settings described above
- Re-connect LinkedIn to your Funelo account
- Still not working: Make sure its the correct LinkedIn account you have paired
- Still not working: Reach out to us so we can help 🙂
FACEBOOK:
Obs: Facebook is part of the Meta universe
- Create a Company page on Facebook/Meta:
You need to have at least one active company page on Facebook from which you are sharing your message, including admin permissions for the page.

- Create a Business Ads Manager account
You need to make sure you have an active ads account in Meta Business Manager so you can actually run ads on Facebook for your company.
Also remember to make sure you have admin permission to run ads on behalf of your company page

- Make sure you have a valid credit card on your Meta Ads Manager account
You need to have a valid debit/credit card registered on your Facebook account to make campaigns on Facebook with Funelo.
Att: If you don’t have this your campaigns in Funelo will be launched in Pause mode thus not actively running before you add a valid payment method on your Meta Ads Manager account. However we are not able to give you an error in Funelo as we do not receive any from their platform.

- Make sure your account has been verified by Meta
Under normal circumstances your account has been verified if your account is accessible and you have not received any alerts telling you otherwise.
However if you have just created your account it might take a while until your account has been verified.

- Again make sure you have the correct permissions for your Facebook/Meta setup
You need to have admin privileges for all your Facebook pages and accounts you are using through Funelo.
Att: If you have created the pages and accounts yourself from scratch you will most likely have these permissions per default, but if someone else in your company has invited you – you need to make sure you have the correct permissions.
INSTAGRAM:
Obs: Instagram is part of the Meta universe
- Switch your existing Instagram account to a Professional account – or create a new professional account – either a ‘Business’- or a ‘Creator’ account’
You cannot create campaigns on a personal instagram account, which is why you have to switch your existing instagram account to a professional account or create a professional account from scratch.

- Make sure your professional instagram page is linked to your facebook company page
You need to associate your professional instagram page to your Facebook business page to run campaigns on Instagram with Funelo.

- Make sure your linked Instagram professional page and facebook company page is linked to the same meta business manager
You need to make sure that your professional instagram page and your facebook business page is connected to the same Meta business manager

- You need a valid credit/debit card on your Meta business manager account to run ads on Instagram
As your Instagram account is running ads through Meta ads manager, you need to make sure you have a valid credit card on your Meta business Manager account before you can run ads on Instagram in Funelo.
